Patrimonio de Yolival is a son of the now deceased Retorno del Ocho who sired many important horses including Tobias del Ocho, La Maraquita, and El Ambar del Ocho. A Fuera de Concurso mare in Colombia, La Cautiva is the dam of Patrimonio.  Patrimonio is a noble, beautiful rich chestnut stallion with correct conformation and quick natural fino gait.  In his native country of Colombia , Patrimonio himself won 8 Fino Grand Championships. Today Patrimonio has many outstanding offspring in many countries which exhibit his many extraordinary qualities including the Dominican Republic Fino Stallion Champion Percal; La Conga in Colombia; and Repique, a Fino Champion in Puerto Rico.  At the 2005 Confepaso Mundial held in San Juan , Puerto Rico , Machuca, a son of Patrimonio de Yolival was named the World Champion Fino Three Year Old Colt
